Coffee was made right, but took a very long time to get. We went inside. Definitely had tons of staff so idk why it took so long.

It's Covid and the Pandemic. All the restaurants are having trouble getting help because nobody wants to work for the public with Covid being so catchy. Instead of complaining let yourself relax when you're at the window or the counter and think of how the owner feels. They are doing everything they can to try to get people to work It's not like they don't want the business. They are suffering even more than you are or anybody else trying to get help. You need to be more understanding and be thankful that they are still making food and coffee for us even though it's going to take a little longer to purchase. And it's not just this Tim Hortons I travel for a job and it's everywhere the same way. The numbers are really bad as far as employees go, and it's getting harder and harder to get decent help because trust me it's so true, nobody wants to work in a pandemic where the public is involved. Everywhere you look at any restaurant there are signs out all positions available. Help!
I have had issues many times there. I try to stay away.
