Chipotle is always a great go to for lunch. Chicken was a little dry this past time but rarely ever happens. Food is always spot on and great. Always recommended.

The worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Can't order in-store - Online only. The place is dirty and stinky inside. Demotivated employees. What a shame....

Filthy dirty - not one table bussed. Cashier did not know how to redeem Reward Points, which is just unacceptable, and didnt even try to ask anyone to help. Bad reflection on the brand, which has been going down hill for years.

I went there, was early... the girl making up the orders did not have a mask over her face, 2 others did not have them on either! Aren't they supposed to have them on and not around their neck??🤬🤬

Yes, I saw that too...if they make us wear them, they should be wearing them too, especially preparing food..... strange right ?

I went shopping and it is disappointing to be told there is no chicken and the employees are very comfortable

Same. Had to wait. For was good once it was done but despite having to wait I felt they fished my order once I got an opportunity to order it.

Why dors your app suck? Entered order 5 times. When you press submit it buffers and nothing happens. No confirmation whatever. Called to advise I don't want four orders aand virtual
