Horrible service! I will never used UPS ever in life. Driver claim my package was undeliverable the driver didn’t even attempt to physically delivered the package. The driver lie and stated the delivered another package at my house with no issues. Which was a lie the driver is caught on camera not even attempting to go in my house to delivered but was able to wrongfully delivered a package to a house next to mines. Over you guys services this the worst delivery company ever!

One of your drivers stole my package from Michael kors and I can’t get in touch with anyone about the issue . The driver got out the van walked to the other side open the door scan a bag and walked back to his driver side and drive off I have it all in camera! I need someone to get in contact with me ASAP so I can speak to someone ! That was not a cheap BAG ❗️

Dont feel bad,I have one sitting there according to """UPS"", its a bull answer, they are a mess, UPS. Or they have a theft there ...A package just happens to stop at Buffalo, and doesnt move for 4 days..LOL!! Yeah ok, Amazon needs to investigate UPS, and while i say that I have opned a investigation with BBB and NY State Atorney Generals Office. I am also, 4 hours away, might take a trip to this hub, and demands answers and with video camera.

Worked here before and usually they are not officially open until 9 sm
I hope its there, I dont mind waiting. It hasnt been scanned anywhere else for a couple days and when I called UPS they said that usually means its lost.
Talk to your part time supervisor/full time supervisor. Your check is there, it was probably left in the desk drawer/hub office

All of our package drivers and freight drivers are unionized. While we do use vendors to move some of our trailers all of those people you see in brown uniforms are union represented.

Yes. This location has everything you need to send out anything. Big boxes and small boxes. Bring in what you want to send and they'll put your stuff in a box for you.

Usually only high dollar packages or deliveries to houses with previous lost package claims (a claim made after the package had been scanned as delivered) really require signatures. Otherwise they'll leave the package on the porch or as designated regardless if anyone is home.
