I Stopped by the shop on 8/6/22 @ approximately 4pm, asked a employee at the counter if he could help me put new string in my echo trimmer,the first thing he did was shake his head No,asked me where I bought my trimmer from ? I replied I've had it for some time, then proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me because I didn't purchase my trimmer from them. I am extremely disappointed that the owner allows his employees to treat customers so Rudly only because I didn't purchase it from them..Shameful Terrible customer service....

New is always better rebuild is optional You're getting a better warranty with the new depends on how you want the machine and if you're going to keep it it's all up to questions you know prices you got to you got to compare pricing I do recommend Wegmans if you buy a new machine in total they are the men they are the men of toys
