The Chester's Chicken on Genesee in buffalo NY is regularly audited by our local community certification inspectors. The owner purchases his meat products from local venders that only sell zabihah Halaal chicken and beef products. The certificate is displayed in the Restaurant. They are audited monthly in order to maintain that certification. The owner of this location had to get permission from the franchise to purchase his own Halaal Chicken and they gave him permission.
