yes you can , fly safe , air space is federal by the way , cops got nothing to do with it , if you really want to be careful , call torrance or the nearest airport via Hover app , give your lat / long , altitude of flight , time of flight , duration of flight . there will be some people who will be jealous or dont want to fly , its ok , just be safe and fly your drone in visual line of sight . if the cops stop you , respect that , bring your drone down , you will not get arrested to fly a drone . just dont be reckless be responsible . FPV now thats a different thing.
No you can not park directly up to the bell but you can walk up to it
Hello! Once you've arrived to the address you can either go through the gates that lead into the Korean Friendship Bell or their is an entrance if it's closed behind the campground dorms that will most definitely be open if the area is open.

It's not a dog park kind of area. I wouldn't bring my dog. If you do, keep them on a short leash and be sure to have your bags handy.
Don't know about the official closure, buy you can enter from the side of the ocean and climb a hill to get to it

Congratulations! Yeah you u have to make a reservation ahead of time. It's $550 for the first two hours, $150 for every hour after that, based on when I checked last. It's a great place for weddings.
I live here and they seem to ring only on holidays including Korean Holidays. The best time is New Years Eve.
