This place is like the Cheers of sports trading card shops (for everyone born after 1985 - just Google "Cheers"). Steve (owner) is friendly, knowledgeable, and his prices are reasonable. He's packed a lot in that small shop and tells me he has more. Mainly older stuff (90s and back) but has some modern and ultra modern. A great selection and inventory of hobby supplies on hand as well. Amazing vintage offerings! But what makes this LCS so cool is not the inventory but the man behind it. The owner seems to genuinely care about the hobby of card collecting and wants to not only preserve it for kids but to allow kids to immerse themselves in it. He let's kids touch cards and handle packs, answers their questions about cards, and asks them questions about what they want. Overall, this place is a great little card shop. Stepping inside is like walking into a bar* where, you guessed it, everyone knows your name. *For those of you who have not yet Googled "Cheers", he does not sell liquor.

Most AMAZING experience today. It seems so rare to find a business owner that really truly cares about their customers. My son wanted to look for some basketball cards today. I did a little Google search and found Legends Sports Cards, Collectibles & Memorabilia in Cameron Park. Steve is the owner and he is phenomenal. We were there for almost 1 1/2 hours talking about cards and Hot Wheels. Steve does his job because he loves it and he loves being a part of the community, and it shows. We loved it so much that we are making the drive back tomorrow. My son left feeling like he made a great friend in Steve. If you are ever in the area of Cameron Park, stop by this gem of a shop and you won’t be disappointed.
