Terrible and very scary moment. I booked an appointment for my little brother ( he speak French ) I had to translate for him. My brother sit in the chair, first I ask her if I can explain to her what my brother would like ( very simple cut ) short around his head and longer on the top. She was screaming at me , telling me that he wants skin , I was calm, answered that no he does not want skin just shorter. I even showed her a picture. She was screaming at me and after 2 minutes ask us to go home in a very rude way. I asked if she has an issue with us because my brother and I were completely shock, we were very polite and nice. I finally stand up for myself and told her that she was rude and she screamed go home ! I almost felt like we were attacked and I have no idea why. We of course will never come back to this place . We are now at family cut in mill valley and the customer are increasing nice with us.

My experience was the most awkward interaction I have had with a business in a long time. I called ahead to ask if there was a wait, and the worker told me to "Come in now, sir." Without taking my name down. I headed in 15 minutes later to find five people on the waitlist, and the same employee asked me to come back at 6 pm. I asked her why she didn't just tell me on the phone that there was that long of a wait? She just shrugged at me and asked what do you want to do? 1 Star.

Super convenient just off the 101 and fly into the mall, lots of parking even handicap just next to Safeway, every stylist has been very competent I can’t really say i have not liked who has done my hair, they are quick but not to fast that they do a shabby job, i have called for a reservation and just walked in and either way the wait was not excessive.
