It has been quite some time for me, going to a salon. Having a potential job interveiw, I called hoping they could fit me in on what I considered short notice. Johanna was very accommodating and understanding of my need to get a haircut n color. She allotted more time to understand what I wanted and finding that balance of what worked for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly patient and forthcoming with my questions. With out a doubt easy to communicate with and embracing collaboration with action. She didn't just cut my hair and color it. She gave me back my confidence, and gave me a make over I will always be grateful for.
