It's a sad case when you're OWN community of people can't even communicate the simplest of things(setting up an appointment, etc). "Oh take my number down, send me the style and I'll get back with you......." 🙄 and this happened three times with three different people, two of them, late responses, the next day. The first one, no response. I tried to give them a chance with patience. But that's okay, once you stay ready, you never have to get ready, I was already skeptical and prepared what they were going to do, and that's just unfortunate with our people. Furthermore, Have found another salon in Glendale and the black queen there have communicated efficiently and what's more, she's not even from this country👌🏾✊🏾

I’ve been receiving services here quite a few times. I went to three different stylists at rvm and overall the professionalism is roughly not the best at all. Two out of the three had me waiting there all day from morning to night even with appointments scheduled for the morning. The way the stylist went about handling the situation was not good after I confronted them about it. Not only that but patches of my hair is fried off due to them burning my hair off with the pressing comb or either one of the assistants who cut the sewin out cut a few patches of my hair but it’s not to noticeable because I have a lot of hair. Also received a soft spot from one of the stylist pulling my ponytail to tight I won’t say names but just be aware. I confronted them about it and nothing was done about the situation no apologies either. Clearly the staff don’t care about healthy hair there at all or else patches of my hair would not be burned off or cut off due to poor hair care. Clearly from the stylist or assistants. Not only that but the prices are extremely high considering them being so unprofessional and poor hair care. But overall the styles I received are always pretty good I’m just not happy about the patches in my head I received. I would say just be aware of these things if you want to take care of your natural hair.
