Sent a critically important package to my son via FedEx. They have lost it and don’t seem to be doing anything to find it as best I can tell.

Yesterday I went to this location and waited 40 minutes for my turn, only to be told by this older black woman Fedex staff that I needed to start all over at the back of the other line because I did not have a label, and they were working short. I pleaded with her that I was already waiting for 40 minutes, and I had been to the location several times, and no one ever told me there were separate lines for packages that needed labels printed before shipping. Only one line was available when I got there. She categorically declined and told me I had to start all over at the end of the newly formed line, which at the time had six people waiting. That was precisely the number of people ahead of me when I arrived at this location. She let an older white lady who came from nowhere cut the line, and none complained. We all quietly and patiently waited for our turns. So, I decided to drive 8 minutes to the Hillcrest location and was attended to immediately and drove another 8 minutes home. It took an extra 23 minutes, but that was better than waiting another 40 minutes in your location. To be progressive, for future purposes can your site have their instructions clearly posted because to make a customer wait 40 minutes on the only line available at the time, they got there then tell them to start all over at the end of another line that was formed about 20 minutes after they got there is rude, punitive, and very poor customer service—never going back. I felt like she was having a bad day, and I was the perfect scapegoat to take it out on.

First, I am reporting this location to Corporate! I’m surprised this location has a high score of 2.8. Shirley and Arturo are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Shirley excused her rude behavior on her age! If you are incapable of being kind you should quit or retire! Arturo thinks everything is funny and thought Shirley’s mistreatment of customers was a laughing matter. Do Better!

This place is extremely inefficient.... long lines all day everyday, never staffed properly. Location should have at least 5 terminals. I've never spent less than 20 minutes here, thankfully Amazon doesn't use them as a drop-off location.

There are self service computer work stations that allow to log into your email to print. Alternatively, you can bring the file in on a USB drive which usually works faster on the copiers.
Considering this is a business that is dedicated to producing prints and other materials, I would assume so.
7.50 /sq foot for printing. 5/ sq ft for mounting
