Although the lady at the desk was informative the building and area is crime ridden and completely unsafe. I was asked do I have drugs or smokes, money and they WILL know if you are new, the building is not somewhere you want to be unless you absolutely have to not safe for Women. If you have a group to stay with it is best .A plus it is across the street from a park and 2 blks form the CTA greenline. It states it on 28 W Jackson but it is really on 501 N Central.

They listen to reply and not to hear, my call was in reference for direction to the right information and I received poor professionalism. If this is a place for assistance of any kind, the staff needs to represent that and work accordingly. I wouldn't refer my homeless uncle here in a million year. Sad that people who answers the phones that are hired here don't represent the values!
