Wanted a taste of a proper old school American diner and got exactly that here. The food was excellent and the coffee was really good. I tried the 2 egg with chicken sausage and it was really good, portions are huge too. The staff were all really nice and it was a great way to start a Sunday

Enjoyed the food the both times I was there, didn't particularly find the first waitress very friendly or helpful but on the second time around the waiter was very friendly and helpful, I would go back again.

It is located on the historic Route 66 and honestly it offers gluten-free options as well as freshly squeezed grapefruit juice a holdover to the original buildings construction however the bathroom is downstairs and the staircase is incredibly narrow. But, I have been going to Lou Mitchell's for years yes this is worth a visit

No parking lot for Lou Mitchell's. Street parking if you can get it. There are a lot of lots in the area so best to pay to park.
Yes but they are organized and the line moves fast, especially mon thru Fri. And they take good care of their waiting customers by giving out free baked goodies to tide you over while you're waiting.
