The worst experience ever at a Chicago restaurant. I sat at the counter at least 10 minutes No one even acknowledged me being there as 3 or 4 people around me were served. I never saw one plate come out of the kitchen for all the other people sitting at tables. I had to check if I was invisible . They were not even very busy I walked out.

Portions and food were great but service was subpar. We asked for certain things from our server but something was always missed. Seated at a table, menus brought to us, no silverware until we asked, etc.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and upon opening my order I found a long black hair on my hash potatoes. I went back to the restaurant and notified staff. None of the staff appeared concerned about the issue or even express their apologies. The server took my order back, notified manager/owner on duty. My order was redone and non of the staff, especially manager/owner did not apologize for a mistake/ inconvenience. I dined at Eggs Inc for past 2 years and never had any issues with food until now. I will definitely stop to dine at Eggs Inc after this experience. There is plenty of food venues in the area that definitely know how to appreciate their customers.
