I would like to thank James from uBreakiFix in Smithtown for following up with me about an iPhone 11 battery I was waiting for to be back in stock as it was unavailable the day I stopped in on 5/17/22. I followed up with James today to see what was going on with the order. James called me back fairly quickly after our initial conversation and let me know that the battery for my iPhone 11 was not available anywhere. It was very proactive of him to make contact with me so I wouldn't be waiting for an order that wasn't coming. James was very courteous, friendly and quite helpful with his advice (though the issue could not be resolved due to the battery's lack of availability). I would definitely recommend this place for their excellent and dedicated customer service.

UBreakkFix in Smithtown was an absolutely great experience for me. They know what they are doing, they are courteous and attentive, and if it doesn't need fixing, the don't fix it AND they don't charge you. I had 2 items...1 needed fixing...1 just needed another charger (which I had at home, but hadn't tried it on this charger). I would definitely recommend them.
