Everyone at this shop is super nice and extremely helpful. Firestone is TRASH and I will never ever go to them again as they have terrible company policies. Firestone doesn't even carry the tire size I need and because I didn't buy their products, they wont put the tire I bought on the rims I bought because they are incompetent. Mavis, and ESPECIALLY this particular location ALWAYS has my back and I truly appreciate what they have done for me on numerous occasions. Thanks again guys, you really know customer service and satisfaction, unlike firestone... See you guys soon!

An absolute mess of a place. My Jeep was due for an inspection, and we were told the tires needed to be replaced. Firstly, the car is only three years old with below average mileage. Secondly, they did not ‘suggest’ it to my Husband, but rather said that he cannot wait and that the tires NEED to be replaced to pass inspection. Not only did they replace my Michelin tires with putrid, generic Mavis tires for the same price, but this morning, the very first day of having the new tires, my tire pressure was low and the handling was incredibly bad. So I called and made sure to pick up my old tires, which ironically still have about a years worth of use on them. I was not given any sort of discount, zero ‘disposal fee’ refund, and was told I was ‘lucky’ they did not already dispose of them. I’m now stuck with absolutely abysmal tires, and will now have to eat the cost of that since they will not issue a refund of any sort. Do yourself and your pocket’s a major favour and stay away from this place.
