Absolutely horrible experience. No one greeted or seated us for 5 minutes until we went to find someone. No server came to the table with menus for 10 more minutes. Another 10 minutes with no water or anyone coming by. Finally went to ask for water which took two people to accomplish. Put in an order for 3 burgers and 20 minutes later there was no food or anyone to let us know what was going on. Went to ask, told it was ready and coming right out. Another 10 minutes and it finally appeared. We mentioned to the server that it was a long wait and he had nothing to say. All of that was really unpleasant, but the worst part by far was when, a few minutes later, the manager came to our table - not to apologize - but to tell us that we should know they have other orders besides just us to take care of, and also we ordered a medium-well burger which takes a long time. (There was no one else in yet restaurant except two people at the bar, btw.) Finally, when they brought us the bill they told us they accidentally put cocktails on the bill that didn’t belong to us but they took them off, so not to worry. The bill was correct, however the suggested tips reflected the original amount (the one that included the extra drinks) so it basically seems like they were trying to scam us out of extra money. We are nice, quiet people. We were not rude when we spoke to anyone. We did not cause a scene. We were made to feel as unworthy of respect or consideration and will obviously never go back. Also, the food sucked.

What a Fantastic meal at The Greene Turtle Bar and Grill! The pretzel sticks and cheese sauce was perfect! My tailgate burger was cooked to perfection and very good, the Fat Tire Beer cheese sauce for pretzels and burger was so tasty. My husband enjoyed his Crabby Melt, it was loaded with thick pieces of crab. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese! The service was great, we we're seated almost immediately upon arrival. The menu selection was pretty big as well as the Drinks! Very family friendly. We we're very happy with our visit and will be back! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff😉. Ask for Katie, Sue or Kelly. TV st every table and all around. Great menu selections. The pretzels with. cheese were a delicious appetizer. The sandwiches were great, had a side of cheese sauce with the fries. Beautiful interior, bar and immaculately clean! Highly recommend!

The service the service was really good. even the hostess seating us took the time to make sure that our daughter had a stuffed green turtle. Crab cakes are really good for New York. This is an Maryland themed restaurant. Come here once a month and you can't go wrong at all.
