Last weekend I had a flat and I called this place to fix it. It turn out that I did not have the wheel lock and they told me that they could work it out for me… they made me drive about 10 mins to the shop for nothing because when I got there they said “Oh, we don’t have the tools!” Then why would you make me go all the way there with a flat. That was so unprofessional by them. This can’t be possible, offering services that you can’t do is not right. I’ll add a pic of how my tire was at the end of the ride.
