Absolutely love five guys, but I have agree with the commentary below. The five guys in New Milford has no consistency with their hours. Drove there many times and they were already closed at 6:30pm. If they are not willing to be open until 7p they should change the hours of this store.

The big issue with this Five guys is the lack of consistency with their hours. They say they are open until 7pm ( Five Guys in general usually close at 10pm) but when my bf went there today to get food they were closed. It was 6:13 pm on a SATURDAY, we will not being going down here anymore and will be traveling to the Brookfield one which we have no issues with. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, they randomly will be closed way earlier then 7pm on weekdays as well. This was the third time this has happened… I’m sorry but after 3 times of not being constant we can’t support this Five Guys anymore.

Too expensive for burgers. Just about $35.00 for two simple burgers 🍔 with fries. Just as expensive as NYC restaurants. Will not be going back. Sabino

January 31, My husband called in our order at 5:05 pm, it takes 10 minuets to drive there. I drive up and there is a car out front with a women sitting in her car in between the cones out front. I go in tell the girl my name, she makes my shakes and gives them to me and now I wait, wait, wait a women comes in after me and places her order. a few minuets go by and she walks out with her order. So I said to the girl that made my shakes what is going on. She tells me she told them about the order they just didn't make it. so I'm waiting and she finds up on the self over where the fries are made in a bag up on the shelf is my order sitting there. She takes it down and proceeds to make the fries for the order. So I said to the girl I have been standing waiting for 20 minutes so are the burgers cold, she says I don't know and walks away. So Ask who is the manager and no one says anything. So this guy comes out from the back and is talking on the phone, telling the customer that they don't do curb side service. So he hangs up and I say to him who is the manager and he says I'm I tell him about my wait and complain that the burgers are more than likely cold by now. He say we can make your order again. I say NO that I can not wait that long. He says whatever and walks away. So I yell to him Hey! he turns and tells me I'm rude. I grab my stuff and out the door I go. I come out the door and the women that is sitting in her car for all this time. She tells me that after several months of curb side service the guy on the phone tells her they don't do curb side service. I get home and our burgers are not only cold but it's not what we ordered. I thought $36. and change was a lot for two small burgers one medium fry and two shakes was a lot. Just want you to Know they guy Steve who said he is the manager doesn't represent your business well. Giving the times we all are in Management like him doesn't do your business any good. Chances are I wont be going there again.
