Negative: There were many issues unfortunately, there were customers standing outside the front doors smoking weed, people arguing and driving reckless through the parking lot, people also asking for money, plus the entire hotel was pretty dirty.

Not a hotel I'd recommend. This place is disgusting and poorly maintained. The staff I'd never present nor do they provide any amenities... no soap, shampoo, or room service. There is no professional behavior nor any quality customer service. Wish my money was going to a hotel that deserved it... not staying here ever again... pitiful state of hotel. Oh all my room doors were in 2 to 3 pieces as well, not closing properly

Only 2 dryers are working in a hotel that's full. I went to the desk & no response. The certificate is expired . The one I put money into didn't work and I called the 500 number for assistance and never got any. I'm on a non-smoking floor but you can clearly smell the some and it's so strong it sets off the smoke alarm. If u call the number on the lobby it goes unanswered and if it's not an emergency it's a 10.00 fee The one that didn't have a sign on it wasn't working and I couldn't get money back. This is the last time going in there. I'd rather go outside the building to another place to wash. It's to high and not enough working machines for all of the guest

Was treated with the most up scale respect, little overboard with wearing a mask but understandable with COVID disease. Felt safe which is so important with crime these days. Everyone including maintenance genuinely treated us well. Thank you. Thought our stay was to be longer but my husband's job changes often. Sad to leave but hopefully Tamika, maintenance along with the security staff get recognized for a job well done.
