7/28/22: Our dishwasher broke, so I took the kids to this location and was promptly seated, but ignored by several wait staff for the next 30 minutes as customers who arrived after us were being served. We ending up leaving and still no one ever spoke to us. I guess they didn’t like the way we looked or something. Oh well. Never going back.

I thought it might be a good idea to go to buffalo wild wings since the last time in olive branch was a pretty good experience. We only have an hour for lunch and went knowing what we were gonna eat, the cauliflower wings and some onion rings. The drink order was taken by a person other than our server and he was very cordial. Th server came over and got our order, which I believed to be the wrong item. I then went to her and explained i thought she may have put in the wrong order, and she reassured me it was correct. The other polite and attentive server dropped of the food and I let him know it was incorrect. He did the right thing , apologized and offered to fix the situation. I would have but we are on lunch. They weren't even tossed correctly. I did tell our "server" also showed her with a comment of OK, and that was it. She didn't come check on us or refill the drink she saw was empty. I had to get up and go get it refilled. We also didn't get a bill until we got up. I'm sorry to babble on , but 1 server and a bad attitude with bad service sure did ruin a day. I will also say the price was all jacked up and we were a bit late coming back to work! Argh, it sure could have all been different.

Sat at the bar with Chantel and she was fabulous. Very fast and polite and the food was delicious!

The waitress we had a little disability which wasn't a problem but it was a little hard to understand her when its already noisy inside and hard for her to understand us. The only downfall was she never came back to fill our drinks we were so thristy. I'm happy they gave her a job we all need to work but having her take orders isn't good now seating people is a good position for her cause she'll still have a job.
