Take 5 Oil Change

Changing my review on this place because it was known as kiwi cars but was taken over by take five oil change went there for an oil change and they told me it was almost going to be about $100 so yeah I probably will not be using them price is a little bit ridiculous for an oil change.

I came in last Saturday to have my oil and other fluids checked and topped off. It was a bit chaotic and the guy ended up giving me a sticker with a different car’s information on it and told me to ignore everything but the date. Which I thought was a little weird but I was late for work and thought ok. Not 24 hours later my car starts making a god awful sound when I try to accelerate from stops, starts slipping gears. I have my roomate check it for me where he asks about me just having my fluids checked where I say I did the day before. To which he says well here’s your problem, my transmission fluid was completely dry. I tried to call take 5 to speak to someone and everytime I do it tells me the person I’m trying to reach has a voicemail not set up. So I’m left with looking at needing to fix my car that I can’t afford to and no one has their phone on
