Offbeat Bandit
The disorganization of management is the first issue I had with Omega Health. I was lied to on multiple occasions about being able to receive telehealth as well as information regarding my prescription length/availability. The staff at the desk is 50/50; you either get treated in a kind hospitable manner or you get treated like a chore. I am very relieved to be starting service with a new provider, although I have enjoyed my time with Stuart Coldsnow. Dr. Coldsnow has been an excellent practitioner for me.

Dr. Coldsnow has been my sisters doctor for 2 years. He has helped her regulate her medication far better than anyone else she has ever seen. He talks to her as often as she needs it. He sees her during scheduled appointments and still takes her as a walk in patient any time she needs him. He listens to her when she talks and doesnt dismiss her feelings or fears. Dr. Coldsnow is such a compassionate doctor. I would recommend him to anyone in need of mental health services. Thank you, Jeanne Stahl

Meds prescribed by a psychiatrist. I only go back for follow ups when I'm taking something new and I don't know how it will work with me.
Phones turn on at 9am. Depending on which service you want, select that option. You can also hit zero for the scheduling desk, but if they are on the phone or with a client you will get the voicemail. If you don't select any options it will send you to the general mail box.
