Very friendly staff. Even with the size of the store it is amazing how clean and orderly it is kept. Selection is amazing and if not available relatively easy to order. In all consideration of staffing shortage the only undeniable issue would be the speed of checkout when not desiring to use self-checkout and the considerably long length of time on hold when calling any department aside from customer service.

Clean facility and the older adults here are nice and professional. Morning shift. The younger ones have there heads cut off. They don't know anything when you ask a question about prices or where to find something. I was told by an employee" it's not my department" and then tried to make others think I had an attitude. I had to find a person who looked older just to get that question answered. Thing is, it wasn't his department. But he didn't turn me down. And he had the answer. He works in Service. The two women there with him look like they wasn't interested in nothing but gossips as they where when I walked up. They didn't greet me they kept talking until I said "excuse me" then I asked a question, they froze up like it was a war about to start until the guy came and he listened with a straight face and no judgement and assisted me.

Let's face it, Wal-Mart usually has everything we need/want and the prices are pretty darn good. I wish there were more motorized carts as I am disabled and it seems that these carts are usually either sitting in the parking lot or in random places in the store. This is because of other people that dump them, rather than plugging them in at the front of the store. We all can do better and if we need help, an employee will help us.

I love the store itself. The layout is nice and their employees are among the best I’ve experienced at a Walmart. Always polite and helpful. The only reason I’m not giving it 5-stars is the parking lot. To often, it can seems like a five mile walk to the nearest cart coral. Frustrating after you already spent an hour shopping.

Yes they should depend on which one you go to
The ask you to wear a mask, but they know this is America and they will not force you to leave if you choose not to. Because that's how America works. We have choices, and are allowed to make our own choices.
Not sure about today, sorry.
Batteries are not listed in their exception policy. You should be fine as long as you're within the time frame. Here's the whole policy https://www.walmart.com/cp/returns/1231920
Yes just park on gas station side of the lot
It is a company-wide policy. The customer service desk is closed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. local time. If customer service is needed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., a cashier at a cash register may be able to assist with returns/exchanges. Some stores even allow one to use a paycheck to make a purchase in order to get cash back.
If you park towards the gas station or where people don't normally park I don't think they mind.
Depends on the size and starting amps
No
Most of them are self service now so I think its 24 hrs
If anyone turned anyrhing in, it will be at customer service. If of value they lock it up in safe. My husband left his wallet in a cart and someone turned it in. They had it in the safe. Nothing was missing.
Yes, Wal-Mart's Black Thursday sale starts around 6. The only day Walmart is closed is Christmas Day. The store will close Christmas Eve at 6:30.
most stores, the pickup hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week. I don't think the Smyrna store is an exception.
Yes
For the sake of my Google rewards points, I'm gonna go with "No, but you can order and have it shipped to yourself or your local store" lol
Yes
When I went yesterday they had 1 left; happened to walk by and see that.
Yes they do!! Different choices as well. Toddler sizes, travel pillows, ergonomic pillows, 'body' pillows. Pretty much any kind of pillow you can think of. Though I would try Essex aka Bargain Hunters before Walmart. I love Walmart don't get me wrong but you can probably find them cheaper and better ones at Essex or bargain hunters. Just email me if you have any questions.
