Walked in @6:02 this evening with 2 customers in store & 2 in line. In less than 5 minutes, there were 8 waiting in total. I’d like to recognize Matt for his outstanding and timely customer service. While he did not help me, unfortunately. He did however attend those in front of me with such attentiveness & swiftness! I am sure he helped get everyone’s needs met in a timely manner. We need more people like Matt in customer service!!!

Everytime a package of mine goes through there it either takes a week to leave or they send it way across the country. I'm surprised that location is still running honestly

While getting some copies for next door today, I witnessed a lady holding up the line while arguing with her boyfriend on speaker about the details of some metal she was trying to ship to/for him. The employees were being as patient as possible. The lady eventually left the scrap metal at the store and told the employees to handle it. Matt was especially helpful getting me in and out quickly.
