Bad place. I sent my priority mail on 08/25/22 on tracking it says they still have my package in possession and didn't went out yet. Today is 09/15/22. What's going on here??

This office is a joke. My wife has had packages delayed for months and some disappear entirely. Same with me. Can't do anything about it either.

Calling will get you nowhere, my recommendation is to go to the Post office directly and ask to speak with postmaster, you will get faster results in person than you will with an email or a phone call. Best of luck to you. I've had to do that in the past.
If you go to your local Post office and give them the tracking number they might be able to explain more. Local Post offices do not hold packages that are not attempted or on hold by the residents.
I am not sure who the post master general is for Smyrna but I would contact them. Hope this helps.
