Maya, whom is the owner, was extremely responsive when I had a devil of a time uploading and completing my health certificate for Kenya. I could not reach panabios/global haven for support, and Maya sent a direct message. It would be up to a Sixteen hour wait! Maya then filled out her own profile, and figured out that even though arc point is a trusted lab, you have to select “other lab” and then you can upload your covid results. She called me and walked me thru how to do this! I call that A+ Service! Thank you, Maya!

I've been here twice in the past 30 days; once for a rapid test I highly recommend scanning the QR code and registering your contact information as you wait in line, this way your test results are sent as a secure link. The staff there are quick and you have your results in less than 20 mins. The second time was for finger printing. Again, the staff are quick and efficient. Everything about both visits was as pleasant as they could be.

The entire staff was so kind. Amy gave me my covid booster. I’m terrified of shots and she was so sweet and compassionate. That made it all so much better. My appointment was easy to set up on line. Although the lab was busy my appointment was right on schedule.

I was able to easily appointment online just a day before when I needed the test. There were a lot of people in line. But because I scheduled ahead and completed all of the requisite documentation and questions online it went pretty quickly. The people who work at ARCPoint were super friendly and helpful. Since I had provided my email address they sent me my results 30 minutes after the test was done so I didn't have to stand around and wait. The test wasn't cheap, but it was worth it for peace of mind.
