I had a traumatic car accident 2 weeks ago when it was raining buckets and hydroplained and hit a 200 yr old tree. My regular doctor would not see me since it was an accident. My alternative was Urgent to have my meds refilled and Dr. Jonathan "Mc Dreamy" Head, saw me immediately and had a wonderful bedside manner! Unfortunately due to staff shortage and heavy patient flow it has been difficult for the team to tend to the phones as needed.. It is understandably frustrating but rest assure, the staff is working accordingly to accommodate everyone the best they can
If you don't pay your Co pay.. You will get a bill. If you don't get a bill it will go to collections.. Stay on top of it
