If i could give them 0, I would. The service use to be great but after Holly left care went down the drain…I am literally standing at the window right now asking for A copy of my medical records , while the young lady is on the phone ignoring me…. I literally just need to complete a form… I asked a nurse, she air I don’t know what that is…. I am so disgusted with this place… ALSO they want you to come every month to see a doctor to get maintence medication, and crazy bill your insurance…. ALSO I was ignored when I said I had pain on the right side, turns out to be a huge cyst on my ovaries AVOID AVOID

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. The office staff is absolutely incompetent, rude and unprofessional. You don’t see the dr i scheduled an apt with him ans when i get there for my appointment they stated he’s old and due to Covid is not seeing patients. Every time you call you get different answers they won’t take a message unless you explain to a receptionist your medical issue and why you want to speak with a dr.

This place sucks the nurse practitioner trys to help you out but Dr Kutrrie is the problem he is the reason I want br coming back !
