I had a fever and i went to see the doctor and the front ask me to pay a past bills. I had a proof for all payment and she said it not us. Front desk staff are rude and most of doctors don’t describe medicine. I been with the clinic about 3 years and i had a very bad experience with the clinic.

I have been coming to AFD for a few years now and my experience has always been positive, from the front desk on. My last visit I saw Angeline who I had never seen before and oh my goodness she's a gem, she is super comforting and knowledgeable and it felt like I was chatting with someone I'd known for years. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name that works with her that chatted with me beforehand, he was so awesome too! Sometimes I get judgy vibes when I visit Drs but never here and Angeline was so incredibly welcoming I went ahead and scheduled an additional appt with her for a routine physical and nutritional bloodwork. I am digging the patient portal Healow App too, I highly recommend creating an account for it, it makes things super convenient.

The service at the front desk was terrible. Just let me say good morning. And she never looked me in the face, he told me: if you don't have an appointment we can't see you, there is no appointment until July, and we don't have an emergency room… go to another clinic! and she left me standing by the window. She didn't let me ask anything at all. She was just going to ask if she could reschedule my appointment for another day. Now I don't feel like coming back here. Very bad service. Doctors are great, office staff is terrible. I'm a walk in, waited 2 hours when it was not very busy... I was the only one waiting for most of the time.. had people with appointments go in with no wait, which is perfectly fine. But then they call peoples names that aren't there, and I am the only one waiting, so the staff is trolling me or incompetent.
