The place is ridiculously understaffed on weekends....and you will wait, wait, and wait some more. During my last trip, the drive-thru was given total priority while people in the lobby were ignored--some for at least 25 minutes. At that point I left....and went to Chick-Fil-A right down the street, where I was in and out in under 2 minutes--with twice as many customers in the restaurant.

They open at 5 a.m Monday but if you show up at 5:05 no one answers the speaker the doors are locked. People are inside the kitchen area as you can see them when you drive through and look. But they are to lazy to want to do JOB they were hired to do. Do not come here just wait and go to chic FIL

They used to be good. Now I find frequently mine, and others', orders are wrong. If they are busy and you walk in, they will look at you but NOT SAY A WORD, and not take your order certainly, no matter how long you stand there or offer a friendly "Hello!" They should at least ACKNOWLEDGE customers who come in, and not assume everyone is going to use their automated ordering system. Some folks still pay cash sometimes

This location never fails ro disappoint. Drive through line out ro the street so we circled the building to park and walk in, there were no cars between the order board and the pickup window, they were just that slow to take orders. So we walked in, there are 4 self order kiosks but 3 don't work. So we wait for the only one working, place our order the the credit card processor doesn't work so we still have to stand in line for the only employee just to pay. After all that, they still screwed the order up. Whoever owns this location really needs to step in soon.
