I never thought I would ever need to get a lawyer because of a personal injury case due to the fact I make sure I have pretty good insurance. Never wanted to use the "L" word (lawyer) and thought that doing so is a little underhanded. But as it turns out the insurance people and others may not be working in my favor. As such, I recommend would anyone having been injured regardless of insurance to always seek legal consultation before doing anything.
