You are a multi billion dollar company that resides in Sacramento. You say you can not find enough employees for your jobs currently and yet your starting pay is 17.00 per hour. Let me put this delicately...... GO **** YOURSELVES.... These items you build need employees to assemble them. Your pay isn't enough to qualify for an apartment in a high poverty, low rent area of California and I would need two jobs to get by. You say come grow with us but that's a farce. Manufacturing jobs are becoming more automated. Less employees will be required. If big business cant pay a living wage, employee shortages will continue. Shame on you for paying less than fast food and utilizing educators and go ernment money to line your pockets. What a sham this is. If you want good employees, pay a living wage

when it comes to hiring potential candidates. I have a lot of friends who works there and I mean A LOT and most of them even started without much experience. They told me to apply and they all say they hire anyone even without job experiences. I’ve been working in warehouses before and currently active looking for jobs. I applied twice and got interviewed. Always say “I will call you back once I get an update” never called back at all as never picked up my phone calls anymore after awhile. I don’t know how I’m not able to work or to see myself as a potential candidate when clearly they asked me “how can you see yourself working in siemens” well bc I do have experience and self taught Knowledge to use tools at home and ofc including powered tools. Wish they have better recruitment managers and some managers should think more when comes to hiring new candidates smh
