Who’s running it ?the staff! it’s horrible no help & staff is bad extremely rude for no reason I asked a simple question in which they gave me the option to submit the passport picture but they had told me it will get rejected in which I said okay that’s fine can we just submit it please then they said nooooo I’m not accepting this ! They why give the people the option to submit we know we can get rejected but they still said no not to mention watched everyone leave the office unsatisfied and everyone single that left said “they’re so rude”

Good experience; once we got in, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes; it helped that we had all paperwork filled out and all documents required, including pictures. Please note that as of today (5-26-22) you have to wait outside until they let you in the building, so I would recommend some umbrellas or hats to protect yourself from the sun.

I guess we are all here to complain about the African American girl who works here. Girl acts like she's running the white house. Very rude. I certainly didn't care for her attitude. I had everything I needed. But here comes an elderly man, who has questions... She rudely tells him she doesn't know who can help him. I actually found the man in the parking lot and offered him to fill out his application. He tried to pay me, of course I declined. Took me 5 minutes I hope she didn't give him to much of a hard time 😕

The service was BAD there... Me and my family we went there and the lady was being racist to my dad. She was an African American lady (not in any racist way). We payed for 2 passports, me and my brothers and weeks later it turns out that she didn't do my brothers right, she was to busy yelling at my dad. I am never going back there. Of i could give 0 stars i would this place does not deserve any stars.

Yes, Open on February 10 from 7am to 6pm, We will be closed on Monday, February 17 for President Day.
To get either a passport book it a passport card, you have to bring your current ID, your birth certificate, your old passport book or card (if you have them), and either a check or money order for payment for the processing.
For the book it's $110 plus $30 for the processing fee plus $12 for the picture. So u r looking at $152. If u want the card it's $30 plus $30 processing fee and $12 for picture. So $75 for the card. Just one thing for the processing fee they only accept checks or cash. I had to leave to get some cash 😒
4 to 6 weeks to receive it
They have the worst staff I don't recomend this place 😡
