Horribly slow service! The place does not even deserve one star. Definitely not even worth the wait. I was in line for a whole 30 minutes and that was just to place an order and drive through. I guess Rally’s is not used to having a rush of customers all at once? At least the cashier was kind. I definitely will not return. Do better!!

This bacon cheeseburger was one of the best that I have had in years! It is next to the metro link tracks. You can see the train from the Rally’s !

Drive thru only open?? How do you guys stay open??1st time coming and last ..customer service stinks the manager I saw came in around the time I grabbed my food...I go to eat and my order was wrong manager tells me the mother cruncher was correct order and admits to forgetting ingredients but says it's still just a chicken sandwich what I paid my hard earned money...smh worst part was leaving the doors to a could be thriving business to leave their guests standing outside in 106° weather!! Way to go Rallys Rialto

Prices are very reasonable and the food is really good. I've never had this before and I definitely recommend it for a good burger and fries or chicken
