Was my primary care doctor but got discharged and even though they said their has to be a reason why they couldn’t even find one so I can’t see my doctor for literally no reason

I came to a scheduled appointment and was taken back to a room and sat for almost and hour where noone came in during that time. I kept hearing people talking outside the door and when I realized I had to leave because I had another appointment I was so disgusted but I decided to tell the check out person that I would no longer be a patient because they're so inconsiderate of my time and are heavily staffed and still no one came to tell me why or even that there was a delay. While I was explaining this to the check out person she gets up to see why there's a delay and tells me I can wait n thus would miss my other appointment or I can drive back later when gas is 5$ a gallon. I was explaining to her that's it's unacceptable that they treat people this way and another check out person cut me off rudely to basically tell me to shut up as if what I'm saying is insignificant and they don't want to hear about the problems I have with their service. I immediately snapped because this woman just told me to shut up because she doesn't want to hear the truth and then two other staff decided to crowd me while I was walking to the exit almost to where I couldn't open the door. When the nurse tried to touch me while another person is behind me I had flashbacks and immediately reacted to what feels instinctively like danger. I have extreme PTSD and uncontrollably react because of previous trauma. U don't try to block me from leaving so you can "escort" me. What did these staff have to prove by interrupting somebody from leaving. If these staff are so readily available when someone raises their voice but unable to inform me why I've been waiting an hour for a scheduled appointment, that shows you how much they value keeping patients vs. Trying to prove how effective they are to making a patient leave.
