I made delivery in this facility two times and both it was very long waiting time, outside on the street was parked around 30 trucks trying to come to the gate, but line moving slow! Be ready to stay in line several hours!

Showed up at 8:30pm for a 10:00pm appointment. Only truck to check in its 845! I'm waiting for a door. Like no hassle. Must be a good night here. By the way the truck entrance is on north locust !!! OK got a door at 1030 unhooked drove to bobtail parking. Saw peoples orders all over the driveway/ parking lot. The employees looked at them and left them laying in the street.

I agree that they could do better overall. To be fair there are a lot more associates than there are managers. I have seen management tell people to put their phones away when caught with it out. That being said if you see people with their phones out is because management isn't around to see it. As for the yelling you should report that manger for their non professional actions.
There is no number..if you work there you can chime Hr or call the erc..if you are waiting to be employed you have to wait for the process to be completed and show up on your scheduled days or reapply if you missed scheduled training days
