I absolutely love the Sun Park inn. Very comfortable and quiet. The Owner and his wife are very attentive to your needs. Not to mention they have weekly rates for studios and 1 bdr also.😘😘😘😘

Not five stars because there’s better but this isn’t a bad place to stay. The owner is really cool and told me multiple time when the maid service is coming and when I wasn’t here I told him they haven’t came to my room and he sent the maid to my room and then asked me later if I got the sheets I needed. The maids nice and there’s one employee Robert he’s a little grumpy but he’s older so it’s expected. There’s a fridge and a microwave in the room which my son and I made popcorn from. Overall the beds are clean and the tv works. Robert even came to my room to fix the tv one time. Stayed here for a month.

Located in a very sketchy area & filled with many sketchy people. We witnessed people stashing items under other customers cars. Staff was very hostile and makes you feel far from comfortable. I was told completely different prices by different employees as to what the charge would be if I wanted to pay cash. The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes. Cabinets had doors missing, no microwave, no cold water. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. I would NEVER return to this hotel and would never recommend this “suite” to anyone.

If could rate this place 0 I would. Could not sleep on beds, sheets were not washed in what looked like to be months. The shower hardly worked and had stains on couches. Owner took money and deposit before we looked at room and we still haven’t gotten our refund back yet and it’s been a week. This is a huge scam and a waste of your time and money: stay anywhere else!
