Honestly everything was great till I woke up in the morning and found this under my bed sheet. I guess at some point the bed had been urinated on and was never cleaned. I paid to stay in a clean hotel not this. I was told that since I had went through a third party to book my room no refund of any kind just sorry. Sorry doesn’t fix sleeping in some ones urine. I have a picture to share but don’t see where to post it.

Jeanice really went above and beyond to show me how she cared for the guests that stay at this property. Had a soccer tournament Labor Day weekend in Chino Hills, rather far away, and needed some time to relax before the next game. Temperatures were a sweltering 115+ and I just needed to get refreshed. Although check-in was a little later in the afternoon, I explained my situation, and Jeanice said she would help me a couple hours to let me rest. I really appreciate that and wanted to compliment her decision to help! Thank you for your understanding and support!
