Amazing Drs and staff. After years of being pushed pills and treatments that would make me sicker by other drs, Dr Fassullo listened and does everything he can to help. In the years since I have met the majority of the Drs and specialists and have had nothing but positive experiences every visit. From acupuncture to bone/ body work and manipulation, sick or well visits, pain, injury, vitamin IV therapy and lots of testing, every visit is positive by the end. The office staff is amazing. I am a frequent visitor but most know my name and I am always greeted with a smile even when they are super busy. I never feel rushed, the drs are always on time for appointments and I honestly feel like my time and feelings matter and are cared about by all. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient here for last 2 years. I went once a year for annual check up twice a year and all was fine. Last Sunday I was diagnosed with Covid. I called them on Monday, And Tuesday and was on hold for 20 / 30 minutes and gave up. Today I was able to leave a voice mail. They did call me back and said 1. They do not have appointments available 2. They cannot give me any guidance/ medication without an appointment 3. I can call tomorrow and try my luck. So 4 days into covid and my doctor has no interest in seeing me, and I cannot get care. I am moving from here for sure.

I dont know specifically about specializing, but I've seen both Dr. Zachaou and Dr. Vitali for OMT for my back, neck, and shoulder. They are wonderful. Dr. Boon also does OMT, I've just not seen him so can't make a recommendation. All 3b are DOs. Good luck!

Yes! We are in network providers for Connecticare as well as Harvard Pilgrim, Anthem, United Oxford, Aetna and Cigna. Office visits with the doctors are covered. Many procedures with the physicians are as well. Your doctor will always let you know if there is an expense that isn't covered by your insurance. Some people have customized health insurance plans which may exclude integrative medicine. Please call your insurance to be sure your plan includes integrative medicine. Also, there are some aspects of integrative medicine, such as specialty labs and dietary supplements, which may not be covered by insurance. We don't compound medication in our office but we do prescribe it for patients. Unfortunately, compounded medications are rarely covered by insurance. We partner with local businesses and hospitals to ensure high quality and fair cost as well as insurance coverage when possible.Thanks for the question!
