I just wrote a letter to the male owner and then saw all the reviews when I was looking up the address so decided to chime in here. The first time I was there the male and female employees were working hard and the place was spotless. I was so impressed that I complimented them. Two of three subsequent visits the owner was there. Once, no problem. Second time, like I read he’d done to other customers, I was demeaned and criticized for not understanding how to operate the dryer. Not cool but the third time was the real kicker. A lady bashed her head hard into the concrete support beam in the middle of the store. Her daughter yelled that she was bleeding. The owner literally just strolled towards her. He led her to a closed door and let her in. She came stumbling to the door, sat down on the bench and put her head down. I approached him and said she was in bad shape. He turned and walked away from me, never saying a word. He’s rude, unprofessional, ill-mannered, critical, etc. For 15 or 20 minutes he never approached the woman. The daughter finally asked him something and he went to her and then returned with a bottle of water. Better late than never. Not only is he an unkind man but that pole is a definite safety hazard. She had 2 gashes on her eyelid. She could’ve easily been knocked out cold. He’ll be lucky if she doesn’t sue. It’s too bad there aren’t more laundromats in the area. If you have no choice but to go back, beware of him and his nasty behavior and that pole. I actually think there are several.

For it being my first time here The employees were really nice, and helped my with any questions. The machines worked really well and fast .. I thought I was going to stay here waiting for an hour or more but that was not the case.. the driers are very affordable too.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and of course it was packed. I finally found a couple washers together but saw the price and decided, nope! Couldn't believe how expensive it was; $6.00 just to wash one load. I'm not experienced with what laundromats generally charge, but that just seemed too expensive. Looked clean though and they did have a lot of areas to sit. Not giving a bad review because I didn't use their facility but did want to let y'all know its def. pricy.

Me and my husband use this laundry facility sometimes. My husband goes there for work. He works for an air BNB and they was their linens there. It is pretty clean for the most part. It is usually pretty busy especially on the weekends. They have various size machines with different prices. Sometimes there could be ghetto people there but for the most part it is safe. I would definitely use this laundry mat again.
