I would give this office zero stars but it is not an option. I have never been disrespected more by a "medical professional". The owner, Paul, canceled my appointment after I noted their "courtesy" reminder wasn't much of a courtesy when it was passed the cancellation fee timeframe. He then began to belittle me and disrespect me further. I have never been so triggered by someone who is supposed to help me. I rearranged my schedule to fit the appointment just for Paul's power trip to cancel and cost me money anyway.

👍🏽🙏💜💙 verry different type of pain management. Like everything, just takes time.But I'm so blessed to have been referred here I'm in verry good hands and feel comfortable finally! Do not go here, they do not care about their patients! Go to your primary doctor if you can or find a different place. They are not flexible whatsoever when it comes to scheduleing and literally will leave you high and dry when renewing your medical card. Paul the owner is absolutely rude, horrible customer service. Doesn’t have the decency to call their patients and communicate through a text app. He lacks compassion and money is the bottom line for him!

I LOVE love love all of the staff at Palliativity! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. They work hard as a team to ensure that each patient gets the care they DESERVE! Literally the first doctor's office where I have always been treated with dignity and compassion. After a lifetime of broken bones, sprained injuries and living with a chronic illness, I can finally live a happy, comfortable life! I feel 20 years younger with Dr. Lisa's excellent care. I have just as much energy and less pain like I did 20 years ago. Palliativity made turning 41 feel like 21. Thank you all!🍀
