What an incredible property! I helped move my Aunt in and the inside/outside is so clean. I was really impressed. Tenants were welcoming and respectful. One tenant told me she just renewed her lease because she is so happy here. The amenities and extras that come with living here are so well worth it. Extremely well run property.

The Chandler apartment in Bedford is a great place to live. We have been here since they opened and we truly enjoy the place. It is clean, very quiet, and has beautiful view and accessible to restaurants, groceries and stores. The staff especially Riley is very helpful and responsive.

I must say that it is nice living here for the most part, but for the price, garbage disposal is lacked and exhaust fans in bathrooms. Moisture buildup can cause mold and MILDEW, which is hazardous to health. On several ocassions, the garbage was overflowing in both dumpsters, not a pretty sight, since we pay for rubbish removal. And the dog bins for dog waste were left overflowing for three days . Let's face it, if you care as much about landscaping, the same should be applied to other areas.
