This is my go to "need it now" store, they are convenient, staff is friendly and the store is always neat and clean.

All employees, including the manager, took absolutely zero responsibility for incorrectly filling my prescription preventing me from getting my life-saving inhaler as i have severe allergies on top of covid. I now have no inhaler, the one thing that has saved me all week from suffocating and going to the hospital, and offered no help or apology. “Well i personally didnt mess up filling the prescription.” Well Mr. does-no-wrong-perfect-manager-big-shot, what are you going to do to fix the problem that the employees you MANAGE caused… no response to that question, big shock. No accountability, no responsibility. Avoid this pharmacy unless you want to get lied to and left with no assistance.

I have ALWAYS experienced pleasant, professional and helpful assistance every time I have gone into Rite Aid on Nicholas and Winchester Rds in Temecula. Robert at the front counter, Linda also at the front counter as well as a friendly and welcoming face down the isles plus Christena in the Pharmacy who ALWAYS goes out of her way to ensure that I receive the correct medical prescriptions as well! My husband and I go there nearly every day of the week as 99.9% of the time they have what we need. Thank you to all of the staff at Rite Aid, Temecula 🤛💐🌺💙

Our family pharmacist (Christine) is Amazing. She is so very informative with our prescriptions we have filled in Temecula on Winchester Rd. She explains the proper use of our script in detail, and if we have any other questions we forgot to ask we just call her and she’s happy to answer them. My husband and I feel so blessed to know we have a pharmacist that has our health and her knowledge in our best interest. Thank you Christine for all that you do 🏥 ❤️
