I am very familiar with the Appeals Officers who handle appeals re workman's compensation, not to be confused with unemployment benefits or anything else! Deters is a separate agency handling unemployment matters! You all are very confused and I know because of Covid, stressed out! Offices have been closed for long periods of time due to health concerns, and it is very difficult to conduct business this way! Everything was totally shutdown and even to this day which is July 12, 2021, the Social Security Office is still not open and you have a hard time getting through! It's a very sad situation, but that's life, I guess! People are having to go online for everything and I hate that because I don't have a computer and would like to have a hard copy of my important paperwork! Some agencies such as SNAPS will keep you on hold with continuous loud messages in Spanish and English being repeated over and over! This will drive you crazy and is worse than waterboarding in my opinion!👺👹👹

People been waiting for help all of 2020 from regular and pua unemployment they don't do anything every call is 3 hrs waiting on hold and you still don't get help it's not designed to help people
