4 months to repair and return my amp! Had to call several times to get any information about when my amp would be finished. They only reason they get away with this poor level of customer service is bcuz they are the only game in town doing these types of repairs.

They took over 3 months on my kenwood radio. For them to just return it and say they can't fix it. I would check in every friday. Everything "check with us next Friday "

Since the early 1980s these guys have fixed my electronics. Most recently, my beloved Braun coffee maker with a bad heating element. They are saving the Earth with each repair they do. Thanks to Martroy for being capable and green!

We can repair nearly any sort of electronics except for TVs (we lost some of our TV equipment in the 2020 looting and decided not to replace it). We mainly specialize in professional audio, DJ equipment and vintage stereo equipment. As another person commented, quite often with consumer grade equipment such as small personal Bluetooth speakers, home appliances, etc., they are meant to be thrown out rather than repaired, and the cost of parts and labor to repair some items may well exceed the value of the item.
Employees wear masks and customers are required to wear masks inside the store. We limit the number of customers in the store, and maintain distance. Our employees are also strongly encouraged to get vaccinated.
