Anthony and the rest of the staff try their hardest to meet your needs daily. I feel taken care of here and at every branch. They will let you drop cars off at different branches as long as it is in the same zone! If you're unsure just call and press "*" to go straight to the local branch you found on Google and they will help. Their communication is priceless. I don't rent from anywhere else.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The employees are the only good thing about this company, whatever they’re being paid isn’t enough. But Enterprise is truly a horrible company. First of all, maybe remove closed locations from Google? Why are you able to make reservations at closed locations? If you call you’ll be put on hold and then hung up on. And the wait time is so unnecessary, Enterprise you can absolutely afford to hire more than one worker at a time? Terrible practices. Incompetence all around.

I would leave zero stars, if I could. My husband made a reservation to have a car delivered, and it never showed up. We spent 2 hours on the phone, trying to be connected to the branch, and no one ever picked up. We live on an island, and have to take a ferry back and forth, so we count on a vehicle being there, when the ferry gets in. One this particular day, it was also pouring rain, so we sat outside for 2 hours, just to get back on the ferry to go home. I am completely furious, and will not be able to take my son back to school shopping before school starts now. Thanks for nothing Enterprise. You completely ruined our day. I will never put my faith in this company again.
