Yes we participate with all premier and PPO plans from Delta Dental
Unfortunately we do not participate with Husky Insurance.
We require to have radiographs on file. we allow our patients to decline radiographs and we require a refusal form to be signed at every visit the patient due for radiographs declines to have them taken. we ONLY recommend radiographs according to American Dental Association guidelines.
