Buck's is one of my favourite stores. I shop mostly online but I love coming here because they take care of stuff right in the store. Stuff like sharpening garden snippers or installing a new blade. I had brought a damaged mower in for inspection recently and it was judged to be not worth repairing. They showed me some new battery-powered mower's which I went away and considered. Today I went back in both to get a hatchet fixed and to pick up a new mower. My reason for doing this purchase at Buck's rather than a big box store is that they will service the mower when the time comes rather than ship it off to Arizona or somewhere. Mark showed me how it all worked and packed the floor model into my car so I didn't have to deal with a box. Friendly, knowledgeable guys. A very pleasant experience.
