The lady who attended me with a bad attitude, I have a tool that I went to have repaired under warranty and two months have passed and she has not called me and I went to see what was happening and her answers were "We do not have parts to repair it" AWFUL SERVICE

Terrable! Normally things go quick but seems I get runaround by the call center foreign call centers.. One minute it should be at my door, Next minute it hasn't shipped.. Get it together dewalt!

I have a DeWalt DW303 reciprocating saw and the set screw that holds the blade broke with a little of the screw still in the screw hole...how do I get it out ?

Use an easy-out drill bit if possible. Or you can bring it in to the repair center if that doesn't help.
